Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our construction and restoration team. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute project tasks accurately
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related restoration work with precision
- Install siding, framing, and other structural components using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely to facilitate construction activities
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction-related roles with a focus on carpentry, concrete work, or restoration projects
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently over extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid certifications or licenses related to heavy equipment operation or welding are a plus
- If fresh to the industry, teaching and help will be provided, expirence wanted, not needed
