What You Will Do
- Teach engaging and safe gymnastics classes following our structured curriculum
- Support children of varying ages and levels as they learn, progress, and grow
- Create a positive, motivating environment that encourages confidence and skill development
- Communicate effectively with participants, families, and fellow staff members
- Ensure safety standards and program expectations are consistently upheld
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in gymnastics, coaching, or working with children (technical training can be provided for the right candidate)
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively
- Passion for youth development and creating meaningful experiences for children
- NCCP Gymnastics certification is an asset but not required
