Job Summary
As a Mobile Pet Groomer with Pawznpolish, you’ll travel to clients’ homes in our fully equipped grooming van and provide professional grooming services for dogs (and occasionally cats). You’ll focus on what you do best — grooming— while our office handles all the scheduling and client communication.
We provide everything you need: a modern mobile unit, supplies and vehicle insurance
Responsibilities
- Travel to clients’ homes across Montréal and surrounding areas.
- Bathe, dry, brush, and style pets according to breed standards and client preferences.
- Perform nail trimming, ear cleaning, and coat/skin checks.
- Communicate professionally with clients about styling, after-care, and pet comfort.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming environment inside the mobile unit.
- Handle pets safely and compassionately to ensure a stress-free experience.
- Report any issues, concerns, or special requests to management.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record (mandatory)
- Proven experience as a professional groomer (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Prior experience in pet grooming or related animal care is preferred ; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to handle pets gently while maintaining control during grooming procedures
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Training available for motivated candidates
