- Dedicating 1 day per week to flavour R&D — developing, testing, and refining our monthly lineup
- Bringing fresh flavour ideas to the table each month — seasonal concepts, creative pairings, limited releases - ideas will have to be done 1 month in advance (e.g. something for September will need to be figured out in July)
- Training kitchen staff on new products, prep techniques, and quality standards when new flavours launch
- Collaborating directly with the owner on menu direction and special releases
- Troubleshooting production issues and helping maintain kitchen consistency

- 2+ years experience in a pastry kitchen, production bakery, or specialty baked goods environment
- Comfortable running a full production shift independently from start to finish

- Reliable, hardworking, and solutions-oriented when things go sideways
- Available to start within the next 2–3 weeks
Nice to Have
- Pastry arts diploma or culinary school background (George Brown, Centennial, etc.)
