General Labourer Foreman

We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Labourer Foreman to join our team at Hranco Industries. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading crews on various construction and industrial projects.
Position Overview
As General Labourer Foreman, you will supervise and coordinate a team of general labourers while actively participating in the work. You will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a crew of general labourers on construction sites
- Oversee daily operations including site setup, material handling, and general labour tasks
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company procedures
- Operate and supervise the safe use of forklifts and other equipment
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain project schedules
- Train and mentor new labourers
- Perform hands-on general labour duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or trades
- Proven Foreman / crew leadership experience (minimum 3–5 years leading teams preferred)
- Valid forklift certification and significant forklift operating experience
- Strong general construction knowledge and hands-on skills
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent safety awareness and leadership in promoting safe work practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions
