10+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
Leadership experience managing engineering teams or major projects.
A Mechanical Engineering degree and eligibility for P.Eng. registration in Saskatchewan.
Experience in mining, heavy industrial, or large infrastructure projects.
Strong communication, decision-making, and client-facing skills.
