Laurysen Kitchens has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative!
We are committed to seeking out energetic and dedicated individuals for our service team. This role will allow you to use your skills, experience, and knowledge in cabinet installation and customer service. Compensation commensurate with experience.
Job Description:
You will be responsible for...
- Perform on-site cabinet inspections and document service tasks in Monday.com
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, service requests, and project details
- Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding service follow-ups and project completion updates
- Track and manage project progress to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with internal departments (design, production) & service management to resolve issues efficiently
- Escalate service needs and timelines to management as required
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years' experience in project coordination, customer service, or a related field (prior experience in the cabinetry or construction industry is an advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to organize tasks effectively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing scheduling software and project management tools.
- A high standard of professionalism and etiquette to serve as a representative of Laurysen Kitchens.
- The drive to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet established deadlines with a sense of urgency.
