ABOUT THE ROLE
The Member Success Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing members.
This role is responsible for helping prospective members understand how Floww Digital works, guiding new members through the onboarding process, coordinating communication between members and our Fulfillment Team, and providing ongoing support when needed.
You will play an important role in ensuring every member feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their experience with Floww Digital.
This role combines communication, coordination, organization, relationship-building, and light business development activities.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
New Member Inquiries & Lead Nurturing:
- Responding to membership inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom.
- Explaining how Floww Digital's membership model works.
- Following up with prospective members and guiding them through next steps.
- Supporting outreach initiatives to small businesses across Canada.
- Identifying potential referral and partnership opportunities.
New Member Onboarding:
- Guiding new members through the onboarding process.
- Collecting business information, logos, content, and other digital assets.
- Assisting members with completing intake forms as needed.
- Sending agreements, payment links, and onboarding documentation.
- Ensuring all required information is gathered before project kickoff.
Project Coordination:
- Preparing project briefs for the Fulfillment Team.
- Acting as the communication bridge between members and the Fulfillment Team.
- Providing project updates and managing timelines.
- Presenting website drafts and collecting member feedback.
- Coordinating revisions and ensuring projects continue moving forward smoothly.
Ongoing Member Support:
- Responding to member inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Coordinating website updates, change requests, and partner services.
- Helping maintain positive long-term member relationships through regular check-ins and reports.
