What You'll Do
- Perform bicycle service and repairs ranging from tune-ups to complete overhauls
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electronic, and e-bike systems
- Accurately document work performed and service recommendations
- Communicate effectively with Service Writers and fellow team members
- Complete final quality inspections on new and serviced bicycles
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of professional bicycle shop service experience
- Experience servicing Shimano, SRAM, and Tektro hydraulic brake systems
- Experience with Shimano, SRAM, and Campagnolo electronic shifting systems
- Experience working on major e-bike systems, including Bosch, Shimano, TQ, Fazua, and others
- Strong understanding of bicycle component compatibility and specifications
- Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer service
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team-first approach
- Availability to work weekends
Compensation
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience and qualifications
- $25–$30+ per hour for experienced technicians
