Labourers, Apprentices, and Carpenters to join our team.
Labourer: Assist skilled tradespeople on-site, maintain safe and efficient job sites, and gain hands-on construction experience. $20-$28 per hour
- Friendly and approachable personality with a desire to learn as much as you can about construction
Apprentice: Start your journey to becoming a Red Seal Carpenter, working alongside experienced mentors and developing your craft. $25-$35 per hour
- Registered with a recognized provincial training authority·
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction practices and operation of tools ·
- Ability to work safely and effectively with minimal supervision· Must have basic carpentry tools, tool belt, proper footwear
Carpenter: Bring your skills to high-end projects, focusing on precision, quality, and craftsmanship. $35-$50 per hour
- 3+ years of experience working as a carpenter
- Knowledge of residential renovation and new build construction
- Understanding of BC & Local Municipal Building Codes
- Must have tool belt and tools
- Red Seal/Journeyman certification preferred
- Occupational First Aid an asset
Requirements for All Positions:
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to safety on-site
- Physical ability to perform construction tasks including lifting heavy objects, working at heights, and in all weather conditions
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must have own vehicle and a clean driver’s abstract
