Job Title: Agile Product Owner

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with Agile teams to deliver high-value products and business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize Agile product backlogs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
- Support digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver customer, citizen, or patient-focused solutions.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide ongoing product direction.
- Ensure delivery aligns with governance, compliance, and organizational requirements.
- Support enterprise application and platform enhancement initiatives.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement and value delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Agile Product Owner within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Strong experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications, digital platforms, or modernization initiatives.
- Understanding of compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong backlog management and prioritization skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to define and manage user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent certification preferred.
