- Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring ingredients, and assembling products for baking.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation standards.
- Package baked goods securely for retail or delivery purposes, maintaining product integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selections and answering questions about baked goods.
- Follow recipes accurately and adapt to special requests or dietary needs when necessary.
- Support the team in maintaining inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cake decorating or bakery operations is highly preferred.
