Job Summary
We are seeking a Front End Specialist/Cashier to join our team. This position is a full-time permanent position. Please do not apply if you are a student, or seeking part-time/seasonal work. We are seeking a career-minded individual to be a long term team member.
Hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10am-6:15pm. Sunday/Monday off.
This position requires a strong interest in health and health supplements, but on-the-job training will be provided. Our retail environment is customer service oriented and requires a strong work ethic, exceptional listening skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Retail experience is essential.

Duties
- Cashier - ringing sales, noting price changes/sales/discrepancies
- Restocking front end stock, pricing & putting away product
- Assisting customers with product selection in person and on the phone
- Looking up customer profile to assist customers
- Managing special orders
- Sales & product knowledge - ability to learn quickly
- Managing inventory of front end, light cleaning, managing expiry dates
- Cleaning duties (bathroom, floors), recycling duties
- Processing mail, delivery and phone orders
- Other duties as required
- Closing nightly
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is essential
- Previous retail experience is required
- A positive, kind and helpful attitude. Must have EXCEPTIONAL people skills
- Must have an interest in overall health and health supplements
- Ability to learn new skills quickly
- Attention to detail is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Work independently and as part of a small team
- Work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks with strong work ethic
Benefits
- Pay starts at $20/hour with incremental increases, 39 hours per week
- Full benefits may be provided after 3 month probationary period
