Your key responsibilities:

Greet customers with a warm welcome as they arrive at the store

Assist customers with parking their vehicles, ensuring they are parked in a safe and secure location

Provide customers with a ticket for their vehicle and retrieve their vehicle when requested

Maintain a clean and organized valet station at all times

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of store promotions, events, and services to provide customers with accurate and helpful information

Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and in accordance with store policies

Communicate effectively with other store staff to ensure a seamless customer experience

Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure the protection of customers’ vehicles and personal belongings
Mandatory minimum requirements:

Clean driving record

Class 5 drivers license
How you can qualify:

Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury retail environment
