- Creating and building relationships with clients by taking on new leads & guiding them through their custom packaging needs
- Communicating with customers through various channels
- Following up with customers and clients to deliver the best customer experience
- Learning about new packaging trends and styles
- Preparing optimal packaging solutions to meet client budgets, timelines, and requirements
- Entering new customer information into the system
- Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and pushing your limits
- Experience in sales management, sales process cycle & customer support
- Proficiency in MS Office, typing 50 wpm, CRM programs/software, and Google Applications
- Knowledge in Packaging & Printing is a nice-to-have
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.) skills is an asset
- Strong command and fluency in the English language (written & verbal)
- Bilingual in English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus
- Minimum of one year of successful experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales
- Minimum of one year of hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas in previous roles
- Demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance
- Ability to work individually as well as a team member
- Knowledge of MS Office as well as various business management software is an asset
- Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and pushing your limits
- Packaging knowledge is an asset
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- B2B sales: 3 years (required)
- Packaging: 2 years (preferred)
