Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks according to company recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers professionally and efficiently.
- Operate POS systems accurately for order processing and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards within the store.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods.
- Assist in food handling and preparation when needed.
- Support team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Uphold brand image by representing CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice positively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista or in food service preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for beverages and creating positive customer experiences.
