Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Restoration Project Manager to oversee and coordinate restoration projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role involves managing a team of technicians, liaising with clients, and ensuring all aspects of restoration work meet regulatory and quality requirements. A background in facilities maintenance, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is highly desirable. The Restoration Project Manager will play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise restoration projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Lead and direct teams performing tasks such as cleaning, heavy lifting, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, including proper use of equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage project documentation, including work orders, progress reports, and safety logs.
- Oversee facilities maintenance activities related to restoration sites to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Coordinate with clients for scheduling and project adjustments while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory of tools and supplies necessary for project execution.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in restoration work.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required by restoration projects.
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee project timelines and resource allocation.

- Experience with estimating programs (Xactimate)
- IICRC certification is desirable
Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
