Job Overview
We are a new franchise dealership located in Lindsay, ON and are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for automotive care, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities
- Clean and detail vehicles both inside and out using appropriate cleaning products and equipment
- Vacuum carpets, seats, and trunk areas; wash and wax exteriors; polish surfaces as needed
- Remove dirt, stains, and debris from vehicle surfaces to restore vehicle appearance
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Assist customers with vehicle concerns or questions in a courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment at all times
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and tools
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or automotive detailing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to understand customer needs and relay information effectively
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
- Reliable, punctual, with a professional appearance and attitude
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
