Shift Schedule
Rotating every 4 weeks
Monday to Friday | 8-Hour Shifts
- Days: 7:15 AM – 3:15 PM
- Afternoons: 3:15 PM – 11:15 PM
- Nights: 11:15 PM – 7:15 AM
What You'll Do
- Collect, stack, and package paper bags from production equipment
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
- Assist machine operators with material changes and machine support
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
What We're Looking For
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused individuals
- Interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Transportation Requirement
Applicants must have reliable personal transportation (own vehicle or dependable ride arrangement).
Our facility is not accessible by public transit, and employees must be able to reliably commute to all three rotating shifts.
