Looking for a hands-on role with a steady Monday–Friday schedule and work that keeps you moving? Our Shipping & Receiving Associate helps keep product, shipments, inventory, and paperwork flowing smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is a great fit for someone with previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or order fulfillment experience who likes variety in their day. You’ll help coordinate shipments, prepare orders, move inventory, complete documentation, and support the shipping/receiving area so everything stays clean, organized, and ready to go.

The Shipping & Receiving Associate reports directly to the Order Fulfillment Manager and supports the movement of inventory between work areas, storage, and shipping according to BOLD’s established procedures and protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing orders, including verifying records, purchase order shipments, and required documentation using good documentation practices
- Collaborate with the Order Fulfillment Manager or Order Fulfillment Coordinator regarding purchase order shipments
- Assist in packaging final product and preparing orders for shipment
- Manage truck and shipment bookings for outgoing orders
- Manage movement of inventory between shipping/receiving, work areas, and storage
- Maintain records and enter inventory as required
- Follow standardized procedures for transferring products, order processing and fulfillment, and shipping/receiving of controlled material
- Assist with keeping shipping/receiving and exterior access areas clean, safe, and accessible, including seasonal shoveling, snow blowing, salting, and organizing outdoor shipping materials as needed.
- Assist with maintenance work orders and support general facility organization during slower shipping/receiving periods
- Guide visitors into the facility as required
- Adhere to BOLD standard operating procedures
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, or a similar hands-on operational role
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role that includes both computer/documentation work and physical tasks
- Forklift certification will be required for the role; previous forklift experience is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks throughout the day
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable following established procedures in a regulated environment

Pay: $17.35-$18.50 per hour
