Who We’re Looking For:

What you Bring:
· Athletic Therapist in good standing with ATABC and CATA
· Passion for athletic therapy, rehabilitation, and performance

· A strong interest in working with hockey players and active populations
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver exceptional Athletic Therapy services to athletes and clients
· Design and execute rehabilitation and return-to-play programs
· Provide coverage for RHA Kelowna teams and events
· Collaborate with performance coaches and health professionals
· Support the ongoing growth and development of the Athletic Therapy department
· Contribute to athlete education, injury prevention, and performance initiatives
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
This role offers a unique compensation model designed for Athletic Therapists who want both stability and unlimited earning potential. Your Compensation Includes:
· $30,000 guaranteed annual base salary
· Commission earnings from clinic appointments and treatments outside of RHA programming
· Paid game coverage opportunities through RHA Hockey Academy-Cover as many games as your schedule allows
Increase your earnings while gaining valuable team and sport experience
· Additional hourly compensation for gym and performance-related activities
This structure gives motivated practitioners the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings beyond the guaranteed base while building meaningful relationships with athletes and teams.
