We love using technology to implement creative solutions that meet our customers’ needs. We believe all of us have a leadership role to play. We self-manage at the department, team, and individual levels. We are customer driven and take our stakeholder input seriously.
We find aviation, aircraft, and related operations exciting, challenging, and deeply engaging. While previous experience in this field is a plus, it’s not required — enthusiasm is contagious once you’re here. As a developer, your curiosity and drive set you apart. You excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and understand how each small piece contributes to the bigger picture. You love solving complex problems with a practical mindset and bring a passion for learning, mentoring, and creating innovative solutions.
As a Senior Embedded Software Developer at FLYHT, you’ll be at the heart of designing and building the software that powers our cutting-edge aerospace systems. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in an Agile environment, contributing to every stage of the development lifecycle—from architecture and coding to testing and deployment. You’ll act as a technical mentor, guiding peers through complex challenges and helping break down work into achievable sprint goals. Your role will involve working with Linux and RTOS platforms, developing robust testing tools, and continuously improving software performance and reliability. You’ll also explore emerging technologies, advocate for best practices, and contribute to the evolution of our systems with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and scalability.
If you buy into the above, please apply.
