Our ecosystem includes maintaining a high-traffic news website on WordPress VIP, managing a diverse portfolio of client sites, and building cutting-edge internal SaaS tools.
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack WordPress Developer who is equally comfortable crafting front-end layouts and architecting complex, data-driven backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Website Management: Design, build, maintain, and update WordPress websites for a diverse clientele, with a heavy emphasis on utilizing and customizing the Divi Builder.
- Enterprise Maintenance: Maintain and optimize our main news website hosted on WordPress VIP, ensuring maximum uptime, speed, and security.
- New Feature Development: Lead the development of a highly complex, automated Consolidated Advertiser Stats Reporting Tool. This involves:
- Aggregating data across 12 unique products/services (including Directory, Banner Ads, Google Analytics, SEM, and Social Media) via APIs.
- Hooking into the Meta Graph and Marketing APIs to pull real-time advertiser metrics for social media management (SMM) and social media advertising (SMA).
- Building a self-serve dashboard where sales representatives can log in and generate custom on-demand reports.
- Setting up automated monthly distribution channels to reps and optimization contractors.
- Collaboration: Partner with our internal design, copy, and sales teams to implement enhancements and quickly troubleshoot technical bugs.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- WordPress & Divi Mastery: Proven experience building, updating, and deeply customizing websites using WordPress and the Divi ecosystem.
- Full-Stack Capabilities: Strong proficiency in back-end development (PHP, MySQL) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), with an understanding of responsive web principles.
- API & Data Integration Experience: Experience working with REST APIs and handling JSON data structures (essential for our upcoming reporting tool).
- Version Control: Solid familiarity with Git workflow and team collaboration.
- Communication: Excellent English communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Familiarity with automated workflows, cron jobs, or scheduled email delivery systems.
- Comfort working with high-performance configurations or enterprise WordPress hosting (WordPress VIP).
- Hands-on experience working with the Meta Graph/Marketing API and Google Analytics API to programmatically extract performance insights.
