What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact to delivery
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct vehicle presentations and explain features, technology, and benefits
- Follow up with leads using phone, email, text, and CRM systems
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Stay current on Kia products, EV technology, and manufacturer training
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience is an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Valid Manitoba Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Provincial Sales Permit
