Services from basic weekly spring to fall upkeep to winter snow plowing, hardscape installation services, repairs in and around property and much more. Currently HIRING outdoor landscapers Servicing West GTA. Clients range from: commercial, industrial and condominium properties.Can lead to full time work in the winter.
Each employee must comply with all safety precautions, operational procedures (equipment inspections before heading out), comply with rules, policies, and regulations that are provided in writing and also during work shifts.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lawn upkeep: seeding/sodding, mowing, weed pulling, watering, trimming, aeration, fertilizing, raking, etc;
- Gardening: planting, mulching, spreading soil, weeding, weekly upkeep of annuals/perennials, etc;
- Trees: pruning, leaf clean ups, etc;
- Clean ups: weekly litter pick-ups, garbage/recycling collection, etc;
- Other assigned on call duties (ie. soft/hardscape installations, power washing, irrigation installations/blow outs/repairs, etc);
- Shifts: weekdays, possible evenings and weekends. Weekly shifts locations will vary and daily duties are always varying.
Required to work outdoors during all weather conditions from spring to fall. Individually responsible to wear assigned company attire at the start and end of each shift for each assigned work day.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience working outdoors and dealing with customers is preferred.
- Education in landscaping or horticulture would is an asset.
Experience: direct or indirect, ability to show desire to work.
