Job Description:
Position: Full-Time Painter
Location: Muskoka, ON - Various on-site locations. Bracebridge, ON - In-shop work.

Fulton Custom Painting is a year round interior/exterior painting company dedicated to delivering high-quality painting services to our clients in Muskoka. With over 14 years in business, we are committed to high quality, efficient work on luxury homes, cottages and boathouses.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching as necessary.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Protect surrounding areas from paint drips, overspray, and other potential damage.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ability to lift upwards of 80lbs.
- Comfortable working from ladders/heights.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and timelines.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings is an asset but not required.
- Proficiency in preparing surfaces and applying various types of paint and finishes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety practices and regulations related to painting.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to maintain communication with off-site supervisors via cellphone, including data for GPS/accessibility to properties.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a requirement. No exceptions.
