We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team at ServcoCanada Inc. This role is pivotal in overseeing project execution, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our high standards of quality. The Project Manager will play a key role in fostering collaboration among our diverse team of tradespeople and specialists.

As a valued member of the team, your core responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with various teams, including tradespeople, engineers, and site logistics specialists, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports for stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for projects.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration and resolve issues promptly.
- Travels to job sites.
The following qualifications are required of the successful candidate:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to demonstrate long-term work authorization
- Resides in Winnipeg, Manitoba or surrounding area
- Has their own transportation as bus transportation is not available
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or industrial sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure project milestones are met.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices is essential.
- Experience with CMiC Software and Advanced Excel skills is an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
