We are a fast-growing aesthetic clinic in North York & Markham specializing in advanced skincare, laser, injectables, and body contouring treatments. We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Business Development & Sales Consultant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, social media marketing, client acquisition, and sales. You will be responsible for generating your own leads, building your own client base, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate new clients through networking, social media, referrals, community outreach, and personal marketing efforts
- Build and maintain a strong client pipeline
- Conduct consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales
- Develop and execute strategies to increase clinic revenue and client retention
- Promote clinic services through WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Attend marketing events, collaborations, and promotional activities
- Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide exceptional client service
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales, business development, customer acquisition, or marketing experience
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, luxury retail, or related industries is an asset
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with social media marketing and personal branding
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong asset
