Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring timely and friendly service.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions swiftly and accurately.
- Serve food and drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
- Manage cash handling duties, including cashiering and giving correct change with basic math skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, bar, and dining space throughout your shift.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing questions or concerns professionally.
- Follow all food safety regulations and food handling protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing.
- Strong time management skills are essential for balancing multiple tables or bar orders during busy hours.
- Proven ability in customer service, serving, and hospitality roles demonstrates your capability to connect with guests.
