We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused person to join our team in a Walk-In Counter / Inside Sales role. Hours are 9-5, Monday through Friday.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and likes variety in their day. No two days are exactly the same — one minute you’re helping a customer at the counter, the next you’re sourcing products, quoting an order, or helping solve a problem.
Our customers often “needed it yesterday,” so speed, urgency, and accuracy matter here.
What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Counter Support
- Assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and order processing
- Pick customer orders and coordinate shipment or payment collection
- Process returns and exchanges professionally and efficiently
Inside Sales Support
- Assist our Inside Sales team with sourcing products, preparing quotes, and placing customer orders
- Help ensure customers receive timely, accurate service
Showroom & Operations
- Replenish showroom inventory weekly, including order processing, picking, and put-away
- Contact customers daily regarding order pickups
- Jump in to support the team wherever needed

Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and typing ability
- Previous experience in customer service, industrial supply, parts, warehouse, trades, or distribution is an asset
- Knowledge of industrial supplies and equipment is helpful, but we’re willing to train someone with the right attitude and customer-first mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
