Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, food handling, and general cleaning duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Duties
- Assist with basic food preparation and cooking tasks under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning
- Handle food items safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Support the team in organizing ingredients and supplies for efficient workflow
- Assist with serving guests when needed, ensuring excellent hospitality standards
- Help with dishwashing and waste disposal to uphold hygiene standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Support other kitchen staff as required to facilitate smooth operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
