Responsibilities:
- Install Eavestrough, Soffit and Fascia
- Install Siding and various other exterior finishes
- Bend flashings on an aluminum brake
- Read job drawings
- Work with a helper or team to accomplish job
- Keep an organized truck with stock, safety equipment and tools
- Keep an organized and tidy jobsite to ensure happy customers
- *Keep an organized warehouse and maintain inventory
- *Look ahead and manage material for future
Requirements:
- Valid G Drivers License
- OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent
- Proven experience in aluminum work
- Physical stamina to climb ladders or scaffold
- Understanding of exterior systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during projects
- Cell phone for calling, texting, emailing and filling out timesheets
- Working at heights and forklift certification considered an asset
- *Ability to train and teach new employees
- Toolbag and basic handtools, all power tools and vehicle provided
