Role: Industrial Site Superintendent
Location/ Shift Pattern– Site - 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off
Work Contract: Site – Full Time

PBN Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Superintendent to oversee and manage industrial construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating crews, equipment, subcontractors, schedules, and resources while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Summary of the duties
- Provide support for estimation and project planning for future projects
- Maintain project execution, contract requirements, project specifications, scope of work
- Ensure project/site adherence to OH&S regulations, company policies, industry standards, client policies/specifications, Site Specific Project Safety Plans.
- Provide site supervision to the crews ensuring that work is completed safety, correctly and on time
- Responsible for site staffing, quality control, subcontractor coordination, project scheduling
- Oversee the quality of work on-site and ensure that construction or industrial processes meet design specifications and standards
- Site material management
- Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes
- Quantity survey and progress measurement
- Timely identification, quantification, and documentation of CORs
- Support for invoicing through progress measurement, facilitation of owner hold points, signoffs and handovers
Required
- Minimyum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, General Foreman or Sr. Supervisory role in industrial or heavy civil construction
- Strong understanding of industrial construction practices, earthworks, utilities, grading, and infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to lead large crews and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, project coordination, and resource management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
- Technical/Computer skills will be required
- Training Requirements not limited to: SCOT/WHIMIS, Supervisor Training, Ground Disturbance II , First Aid
