Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Outside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of business development, and have experience in B2B sales environments. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively
- Develop strategic account management plans to maximize client retention and growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales strategies
- Lead negotiations with key stakeholders ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Provide ongoing support and communication to existing accounts to foster long-term partnerships
Experience:
- Must have minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in a commercial cleaning industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management
- Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM platforms for pipeline management
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics for strategic planning
- Leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels
- Experience in marketing strategies that support sales growth is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
