Role Overview
We’re looking for a true All-Rounder who is ready to do it all with pride. You’ll move fluidly between welcoming guests, presenting products, working the coffee bar, bakery counter, brunch service, dish pit, and maintaining cleanliness throughout. This is a hands-on, team-first role for someone who understands that great hospitality starts with a warm welcome and ends with impeccable standards.

What You’ll Do
- Warmly welcome customers, introduce our products (coffee, pastries, brunch dishes, and wines), and deliver excellent presentation
- Prepare high-quality specialty coffee drinks to our standards
- Serve fresh bakery items, plate and run brunch dishes with beautiful presentation
- Keep tables, counters, and all guest areas clean and inviting at all times
- Handle dish washing, pot washing, and kitchen deep cleaning efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain exceptional organization and cleanliness across the entire venue (bar, kitchen, dining, bakery)
- Support opening/closing duties and daily operations with care and efficiency
