RightKind Care is hiring a certified PSW for a private-pay client in the Toronto area, an older adult living at home who needs reliable support with daily routines, companionship, and safe mobility in and out of the house. This role is ideal for a PSW who takes pride in calm, respectful care and wants to build a relationship with one primary client rather than bouncing between many short shifts. - Location: Toronto (GTA), in-home care
- Typical schedule: 4–6 hour visits, 3–5 days per week (exact days and times discussed at interview)
- Main needs: personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting), safe transfers and mobility support, light meal prep, medication reminders, and social engagement
- Family involvement: adult children are actively involved and appreciate regular updates from the PSWemployers.indeed

What we’re looking for:
- Current PSW certification from a recognized Ontario program (required)
- Hands-on PSW experience in home care, retirement, or facility settings
- Reliability, strong judgment, and professional communication with both families and coordinators
- Comfort with personal care, mobility support, and, where needed, dementia or palliative care
