Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store

- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail food and restaurant operations
- Strong upsell techniques and relationship building
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building customer relationships
- Proficiency in food cost delivery
- Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve objectives
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of merchandising principles
- Experience in creating sales reports and analyzing data
