- Having the ability to engage in the screen printing process from start to finish
- Experienced at operating the automatic screen printing press
- Additional knowledge of manual screen printing is a preferred but not required
- Open to learning new processes and screen printing techniques to increase efficiency
- Experienced at ink mixing or open to learning
- Experienced at creating films and burning screens
- Being open to implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work
- Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
- Works well in a team environment
- Communicates well with others
- Transparent and honest, own up to mistakes
- Timeliness, always punctual and doing everything within your control to meet deadlines
- Dedication and Reliability, ensuring our customer's needs come first
2 years + experience on M&R or ROQ press required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour
