Job Summary
As a new community pharmacy, we're building our team and culture from the ground up. We're looking for a compassionate person who genuinely cares about patients, is willing to take accountability and ownership of their work, and wants to make a real impact in the community. There is plenty of scope to grow and learn as the pharmacy grows.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers at the front counter and phone
- Enter and process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory: receiving, stocking, and rotating stock
- Process payments and third-party insurance claims
- Support the pharmacist with day-to-day workflow and administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pharmacy environment
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service to patients — required
- Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting an asset
- Comfortable with pharmacy software Kroll and basic computer tasks
- Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including some weekends, as scheduled
