Overview
We are seeking an experienced RV Technician and Fabricator to join our dedicated team. This role is vital in ensuring the quality, safety, and functionality of our recreational vehicles through expert repair, maintenance, and custom fabrication. Responsibilities
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and inspections on various RV systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural components
- Fabricate custom parts and modifications using a variety of hand tools and power tools to meet specific client needs
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently and accurately identify solutions
- Install new equipment or upgrades according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each project
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and uphold company reputation for excellence
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to RV systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and structural components
- Proficiency with hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.
- Experience using power tools including drills, saws, grinders, and others relevant to fabrication tasks
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for accurate repairs and modifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
