We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscape Labourer to join our growing landscaping team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in physical work, and is eager to help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. As a Landscape Labourer, you will assist with a variety of landscaping and property maintenance tasks while working alongside experienced crew members in a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily landscaping and property maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, planting, and mulching.
- Help install landscape features such as patios, walkways, garden beds, and retaining walls.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
- Assist with seasonal property maintenance duties as required.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labour experience is considered an asset but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn landscaping techniques and operate equipment safely.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual and dependable with good communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license is considered an asset.
