Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Golf Cart Sales professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, promoting high-end golf carts, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in B2B or retail environments.
This role will include base pay + commission and start as a seasonal position with opportunity for year round.
Duties
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for golf carts through proactive outreach and networking.
- Engage with potential clients via outside sales efforts, including visiting campgrounds, golf courses, and corporate clients.
- Conduct high-end sales consultations, demonstrating product features and benefits tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales process with marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Upsell additional features or accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing sales support to foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure inventory alignment and effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks using CRM tools.
- Assist in developing strategies to expand market reach and increase brand awareness.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on high-end products.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
- Experience in dealership or automotive sales is highly desirable.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and follow-up activities efficiently.
- Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to product promotion and brand positioning.
