Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project estimates, analyzing site inspections, and collaborating with project managers to ensure successful project execution. The Estimator will play a critical role in securing new business and maintaining competitive advantage within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze project plans to develop comprehensive estimates
- Utilize estimating software to prepare detailed cost proposals
- Collaborate with project managers.
- Track and update estimating databases to reflect current work flows
Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating
- Strong knowledge in roofing and exteriors
- Proficiency with estimating or project management software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with project management principles relevant to construction projects
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
