Position Overview
As a Bridal Consultant, you will guide brides through their wedding dress journey from the initial appointment to saying "yes" to their dream dress. You will provide expert styling advice, build meaningful relationships, create unforgettable experiences, and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.
This role combines sales, customer service, administration, styling, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is confident, coachable, emotionally mature, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, welcoming, and personalized experience for every bride and her guests
- Build trust and strong relationships by understanding each bride's vision, style, budget, and needs
- Provide expert styling recommendations and guide brides through the dress selection process
- Consistently achieve sales goals while maintaining a client-first approach
- Recommend veils, accessories, and complementary products that enhance the bride's overall look
- Follow up with clients professionally and proactively throughout their bridal journey
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and care
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain detailed customer records and appointment notes
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation of the boutique
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment
- Follow company systems, procedures, and standards to ensure a seamless client experience
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn, improve, and contribute to the growth of the business

Experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, fashion, or a client-facing role is preferred
- Bridal, luxury retail, styling, or fashion experience is an asset but not required
- Training will be provided for the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic
