Job Summary:
Dental Assistant- Floater required for a busy dental practice in Richmond Hill Smiles. The candidate must be professional, have strong interpersonal skills, and have an excellent work ethic. We are seeking a warm, friendly, kind, reliable, adaptable, detail-oriented dental assistant to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Help break down and disinfect rooms, and set up for the next patient.
- Keeping track of inventory
- Stock treatment rooms and lab
- Help in sterilization- processing clean and dirty instruments
- Be able to greet and seat patients
- Help with lab work as needed
- Opening and closing duties
- Minor equipment maintenance
Skills
- Excellent comprehensive patient-focused skills
- Positive team playing attitude
- Experience as a Dental Receptionist is a plus
- Certification in Dental Assisting
- CPR certification
- HARP certified
- Open Dental software knowledge preferred but not required
