The Interlake School Division invites applicants for a Teaching Principal at Rosser School

Rosser School is a Grade K-4 school serving approximately 50 students in Rosser, MB. More information about the school and the communities it serves can be found online here.
The Successful Candidate will:
- Hold or be eligible for a Manitoba teaching certification.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience.
- Have extensive knowledge of K-4 development and programming.
- Demonstrate leadership that supports student achievement and staff development.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Complete and satisfy Child Abuse Registry and Criminal Record checks.
Previous experience in school-based or divisional administration is considered an asset. A strong understanding of Indigenous Education and experience with Student Services programming are also highly valued for this role. Preference will be given to candidates who possess, or are working to obtain, a Manitoba Certificate in School Leadership or other leadership certification.
