Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced tradesmen to lead our team in executing various construction and mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in assembling, building, and maintaining systems, with a focus on plumbing. you will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards on site daily.
Responsibilities
- coordinate daily activities with our team to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assemble and build components according to specifications and schematics.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Conduct inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Proficient in assembling, building, and installing mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing techniques, and related technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Mechanical knowledge with the capability to perform basic welding tasks as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
