Job Summary:
As an Implementation Consultant, you will work directly with customers to install and configure software, provide training, support existing clients, and ensure successful software implementations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service while providing ongoing technical support throughout the customer lifecycle.
Accountabilities Include:
· Implement and configure warehouse management software solutions for new clients.
· Conduct software installations, setup, testing, and user acceptance activities.
· Deliver software training sessions for clients and end users.
· Provide ongoing customer support through the ticketing system, email, Microsoft Teams, and phone.
· Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, provide project updates, and resolve technical issues.
· Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely resolutions or escalate when appropriate.
· Build and customize reports to meet client business requirements.
· Develop and modify scripts to support software functionality and client-specific needs.
· Maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional, responsive, and solution-focused service.
· Manage multiple implementation projects while meeting deadlines and project milestones.
Qualifications Include:
· Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
· Knowledge of SQL and C#
· Previous experience in software implementation, software consulting, or a customer-facing technical support role.
· Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.
· Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
· Bilingual in French and English
· Ability to work independently
· Experience developing reports or scripting is considered an asset.
· Knowledge of supply chain, warehouse management, or logistics operations is considered an asset.
· Experience with Accellos, HighJump, Körber, or Infios warehouse management software is highly desirable.
