Identify and build digital health strategies that address care gaps, anticipate needs, and proactively enable patient-centred care
Integrate digital health work into IMG strategic plan and develop roadmaps that align to CAMH’s organizational strategy and leverage cross-cutting drivers such as technology, people and culture and system partnerships
Provide consultation, project management, and relationship management support around the CAMH digital strategy and actively engage with key internal stakeholders and external partners
Communicate with key stakeholders to identify technology needs and objectives, and to develop strategies and solutions that both solve immediate challenges and position CAMH as a leader in digital health innovation
Serve as a trusted advisor to clinical leadership, providing strategic recommendations that influence our digital investments and organizational priorities, propelling our digital strategy and partnership opportunities
Act as IMG liaison to the Digital Innovation Hub to support identification of emerging technologies that will support clinical and corporate teams, and to establish structures to implement those technologies.
Establish trust and maintain strong working relationships with key external stakeholders
Identify potential partnership opportunities that align with the hospital's vision for improved mental health services and work towards mutually beneficial initiatives
Seek opportunities to improve the use of current and emerging technology to enhance client care and provide and more seamless client experience
Facilitate organizational capacity development around current and future digital health technologies
Facilitate the discovery, validation, proposal development, funding, procurement, strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of digital health initiatives based on regional and provincial guidelines
Oversee and support the management all funding and budgets related to the digital strategy and digital health partnership initiatives
Oversee and support the operational management of the Digital Acceleration & Initiatives portfolio
Support internal stakeholders and project resources to ensure all processes, workflows, and projects are maintained and follow best practices in a timely manner
Facilitate organizational capacity development around current and future digital health technologies with a focus on AI, data-driven decision making, and digital literacy
Represent the hospital at conferences, seminars, and industry events to promote the organization as a leader in mental health and digital health innovation
Leads and foster a culture of consistency, accountability and continuous improvement while championing a collaborative, inclusive and learning-focused environment
Develop teams and encourage a collaborative work environment
Foster a healthy workplace by embracing diversity, encouraging teamwork, complying with regulations and elimination of harassment and discrimination
Proactively identify and mitigate risk, both project and operational, wherever it may arise with a focus on improving patient and public safety, and overall quality of care and service
