Innovate and Lead – As Head of Privacy, AI and Technology Law – Americas, you will shape how WSP navigates complex AI, technology and privacy landscapes across the United States, Canada, and Latin America & the Caribbean. Reporting to WSP’s Chief Privacy, AI and Data Responsibility Officer, you’ll oversee the implementation of global privacy and AI programs in the Americas and provide strategic legal support for the development, commercialization, and procurement of digital solutions that power WSP’s global impact.
Implement global policies and procedures, adapting them to comply with U.S., Canadian, and Latin American & Caribbean laws and regulations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional partners (Legal, IT, Information Security, Procurement, Marketing & Communications, Ethics & Compliance) to manage legal risks related to responsible AI, commercial IT, privacy and data protection.
Advise and negotiate commercial IT, data protection and AIrelated clauses in agreements with clients, partners and suppliers, and support due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
